These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the rj77 platform, including the website at rj77.ws, all associated betting and gaming services, and any promotional activity offered by rj77. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player") and rj77 (the "Platform"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must stop using rj77 immediately.

• 1.1Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use any rj77 service. Accounts belonging to players found to be under 21 will be closed immediately and any funds reviewed before return.
• 1.2Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence. If you are uncertain whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction, seek independent legal advice before using rj77.

Each Player may hold only one registered account on the rj77 platform. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. rj77 uses SSL encryption and industry-standard security practices to protect Player data at all times.

• 2.1Single Account Policy: Each individual may maintain only one account on rj77. Opening a second account — under any name or via any payment method — is strictly prohibited and results in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• 2.2Account Credentials: You are responsible for keeping your rj77 username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with any other person. rj77 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
• 2.3KYC Verification: rj77 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawal requests. KYC may require a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may delay withdrawals or result in account suspension.
• 2.4Security Notifications: If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact rj77 support immediately. rj77 will investigate and may temporarily suspend the account pending its findings.
• 2.5Account Closure by Player: Players may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned via the most recently used payment method, subject to completed KYC requirements.

All financial transactions on rj77 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳200. rj77 does not charge a platform-side fee on withdrawals.

• 3.1Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited. rj77 does not impose a maximum single deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• 3.2Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same account used for the Player's most recent deposit. Most requests are completed within 15 minutes during operating hours. Additional processing time may apply where KYC is pending or a transaction requires further review.
• 3.3Withdrawal Conditions: Players must complete applicable KYC requirements before their first withdrawal. Where a bonus has been credited, the applicable wagering requirement must be met in full before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn.
• 3.4Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. rj77 may apply a monthly administration fee to dormant accounts after this period. Players will be notified by email before any such fee is applied.
• 3.5Third-Party Payment: Players must only use payment methods registered in their own name. Using a payment method belonging to another person is not permitted and may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time each promotion is offered. The following general conditions apply to all rj77 promotions unless stated otherwise.

• 4.1Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• 4.2Bonus Eligibility: Each bonus promotion is available once per eligible player unless the promotion terms state otherwise. Players under self-exclusion, or whose accounts are under review or suspension, are not eligible to receive or redeem bonuses during that period.
• 4.3Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, unredeemed bonus funds expire 30 days after being credited. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• 4.4Bonus Abuse: rj77 may void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings if it determines — at its sole discretion — that a Player has attempted to exploit bonus promotions through coordinated play, multiple accounts, or any other form of manipulation. rj77's decision on bonus abuse is final.
• 4.5Promotional Changes: rj77 may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in a promotion after a change is announced constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on rj77. These rules supplement any game-specific rules published by the relevant game provider.

• 5.1Bet Placement: All bets placed on rj77 are final once confirmed. Players must verify the selection, stake, and odds before confirming. rj77 will not reverse a confirmed bet on grounds of player error unless a manifest error by rj77 is established.
• 5.2Manifest Errors: rj77 may void bets accepted due to a manifest error in odds, lines, or game configuration — including clearly incorrect odds inconsistent with the prevailing market or a technical malfunction causing incorrect display of odds.
• 5.3Casino Game Outcomes: Casino and crash game outcomes are determined by the licensed game provider's engine. rj77 does not control or influence results. In any dispute over a game outcome, the records held by the game provider are the authoritative source.
• 5.4Sports Betting Settlement: Sports bets are settled on the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g. ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). If an event is abandoned, postponed, or voided, rj77's settlement rules for that event type apply. Settlement rules for each sport are published on the rj77 platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on rj77. Any breach is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• 6.1Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one rj77 account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• 6.2Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any automated system to place bets or interact with rj77 in a manner not permitted by these Terms.
• 6.3Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds derived from criminal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or theft.
• 6.4Colluding with other players to manipulate any betting market or casino game outcome, including chip dumping, match fixing, or any coordinated play designed to circumvent normal platform operation.
• 6.5Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing conduct toward rj77 staff, support agents, or other players on any rj77 communication channel.

rj77 may suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where rj77 reasonably believes a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur, or where required by applicable law or regulation.

• 7.1Suspension Pending Investigation: Where rj77 has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach, it may temporarily suspend the account and freeze the balance pending investigation. rj77 will endeavour to complete any investigation within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate the outcome to the Player.
• 7.2Balance on Termination: Where an account is terminated for material breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed at the Player's own request, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned subject to standard KYC requirements.
• 7.3Appeal Process: Players who believe their account has been suspended or terminated in error may submit a written appeal to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving notification. rj77 will review the appeal and provide a written response within a reasonable timeframe.

• 8.1Deposit and Loss Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits on their rj77 account. Limit reduction requests take effect immediately. Limit increase requests are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions made during play.
• 8.2Self-Exclusion: Players who feel gambling is becoming a problem may request self-exclusion for a period of their choosing (minimum 6 months). During self-exclusion, the account is suspended and the Player cannot log in, place bets, or receive promotional communications. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rj77's total liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• 9.1rj77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with these Terms or use of the rj77 platform, even if rj77 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• 9.2rj77 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The platform may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond rj77's reasonable control. rj77 shall not be liable for loss arising from platform unavailability.
• 9.3Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rj77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

rj77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, rj77 will provide reasonable notice to active Players via the rj77 website or by email. Revised Terms take effect on the date specified in the notice, or 7 days after the notice is published if no specific date is given.

Your continued use of the rj77 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using rj77 and may request account closure by contacting support.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by applicable international online gaming regulations and the internal policies of rj77.
